“ROSTOK-HOLDING” successfully carried out the first fertilizing of winter crops. To date, fertilizers have been applied to all fields under winter wheat, which is 1,766 hectares.
“To date, the first fertilizing of winter crops has been carried out in the Chernihiv region. The further condition of the crops will depend on weather conditions, but according to preliminary forecasts, the overwintering of winter crops was successful, without significant losses,” said the chief agronomist of the company “ROSTOK-HOLDING” Yuriy Lebedev.
“Although the weather conditions delay the process of sowing spring wheat and spring barley, we are ready to work and are waiting for the weather to improve to continue the sowing campaign,” the agronomist notes.
Currently, the company is preparing for the sowing of early grain ear crops. However, due to weather conditions, the process of sowing spring wheat and spring barley is slightly delayed.
